Upstate Paving LLC has been in business since 2003 and is currently owned and managed by Joe Rizzo, his daughter Andrea, and also operated by Tim Locastro. We are proud to be a federal and state certified service disabled veteran owned company. With the combined experience and knowledge of our management and crews, Upstate Paving is the company with the know how to do your job correctly in order for your paving to not only look beautiful, but also to last.
Upstate Paving continues to develop our capital base by investing in the latest technology and equipment to better our position in the industry.
